How to fix Windows Update error 80070003 or 80070002

Right Click on the "My Computer" > "Manage"
Find "Services" 
Find "Windows Update Service".STOP it. 

Go to C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution 
Rename to SoftwareDistribution.OLD

Go back to "Windows Update Service" > START it

Then run your Windows Update

Re-Confirm the new SoftwareDistribution is there.
