Make sure your phone is ROOTED.
If NOT, please proceed to this LINK
1. Install Ap2sd
Get it HERE
2. Install Android Terminal
Get is HERE
3. RUN Android Terminal and type the followng commands:-
su [this will give SUPERUSER mode]
ap2sd datasd [this will transfer the APP and its DATA to your EXT/FAT drive]
-phone REBOOT-
Then Run Android Terrminal again.
Type this:
su
ap2sd check
You will get the status stated the App running from SD Card[EXT/FAT drive]
NOTE: if you want more ap2sd command just type: ap2sd help

app2sd is such a great app to move your app from phone to SD card
The low internal memory problem
mean you run limited applications ( 6 at the most) and it is always requiring you to clear more memory. Also many applications reqire internal memory to work so issues are not solved by any memory card upgrade.
HTC Explorer is good phone for android fresher users not for pro users.
